High Season (Jun. 10th - Aug. 31st):

- Two weeks   :   US$ 180.00+/villa/night
- Three weeks  :   US$ 162.00+/villa/night
- Monthly   :   US$ 150.00+/villa/night

Peak Season (Dec. 20th - Jan. 8th):
- Daily   :   US$ 300.00+/villa/night
- Two weeks   :   US$ 258.00+/villa/night
- Three weeks   :   US$ 222.00+/villa/night
- Monthly   :   US$ 180.00+/villa/night

Conditions:

  • Additional charge 15% Government Tax  & Service.

  • Full villa rental payment and a refundable US$ 300 breakage deposit shall be paid at check-in. Said breakage deposit will be refunded at check-out in the same currency its paid in.
  • Maximum occupancy 4 adults per 2 bedroom villa.
  • 2 Nights minimum stay.
